Pile plugs

TMS builds 4 pile plugs with intergraded up-ending and lifting facility.

Recently TMS designed en fabricate (under DNV-GL) four mono-pile plugs for the transportation and upending of 675 tons weighing mono-piles with flange. The pile plug is provided with multiple clamping gripper arms which hook behind the flange.
For the overload test TMS built a special test frame.
The plugs are provided with the TMS telemetry system which makes it possible to monitor  all hydraulic systems on the plugs.
