TMS Components & Hydraulic Cylinders

TMS is specialised in supplying custom-built components and hydraulic cylinders, which are applied in for example: Digging/earthmoving machines, dredging equipment, offshore equipment and heavy lift jacks.

The components and cylinders can be supplied with ABS, BV, DNV-GL, CCS en LRS certification and are fully aligned with the customer requirements.

Hydraulic Cylinders

TMS represents Hengli hydraulic cylinders in Belgium and the Netherlands. For more than 20 years Hengli produces hydraulic cylinders of top quality.

Construction and Machining

TMS is specialised in both big and small constructions. Characteristics of the parts are: high quality, low cost prices and fast delivery. Executed processing techniques are flame cutting, welding, rolling, boring, machining, grit blasting, conservation and assembling.

Slewing Bearings

TMS supplies slewing rings up to a diameter of 6 meter, executed with ball and/ or ring bearings. Optionally, the slewing ring can be executed with internal or external gears for the purpose of drive.

Winches

The TMS winches are used at a.o. dredging vessels, crane constructions, foundation equipment and offshore vessels. The winches are driven by hydraulic or electric engines.

Spud Jacking Systems

TMS designs and supplies complete spud jacking systems. Depending on the size of pontoon or vessel and the load, a customized system can be supplied. Controls and monitoring is done in a control cabin or by a remote.

Castings and Forgings

Castings and forgings are also supplied by TMS. TMS supplies both basic and fully finished castings and forgings.

Steel Crane Mats

TMS developed and supplied many steel crane / load spreading mats for many years as an alternative to the hardwood Azobe versions. In our opinion, we should no longer use tropical hardwood for this.
